1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dilliyo platform ("Service"), operated by The Fairview Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dilliyo is a music catalog management and royalty administration platform that provides tools for composition tracking, metadata verification, split management, PRO registration assistance, and royalty processing. The Service is designed for music publishers, songwriters, artists, producers, managers, and other music industry professionals.

3. Account Registration & Access

Access to the Dilliyo platform requires an approved account. By requesting access, you represent that:

You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
You will maintain the security of your account credentials
You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the music catalog data, metadata, split sheets, and other content you upload to or create within the Service. We do not claim any ownership interest in your intellectual property.

Our Platform: The Dilliyo platform, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of The Fairview Group, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent metadata or split information
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Royalty Processing & Financial Data

While Dilliyo provides tools for royalty tracking, processing, and reporting, the platform is an administrative tool and does not serve as a financial institution. We are not responsible for:

The accuracy of royalty data provided by third-party sources (PROs, distributors, CMOs)
Delays in royalty payments from external organizations
Tax obligations arising from royalty income

Users are responsible for verifying all financial data and consulting appropriate tax and legal professionals.

7. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of music publishing data. We will maintain the confidentiality of your catalog information, split arrangements, and financial data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your proprietary data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Fairview Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 60 days to export your data from the platform. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
